Let's start with yellow. Select the Yellow layer in the layers panel. Select a yellow brush you want to use. Color in everywhere you want yellow halftones.
Select the Red layer. Select a red brush and color. Color all the red halftones onto the red layer.
Select the Blue layer. Select the blue brush you need. Color all the blue halftones onto the blue layer.

Find the color you want to make on the color chart.
The color formula under each swatch will tell you which brushes you need to use. Y3= Yellow 3, R3= Red 3, and B3= Blue 3 for example.
