Phantom Paper Vol. 01 for Illustrator

This paper pack is the best!!! So easy to manipulate and get nice and custom effects. I use it to create information posters and infographs for clients and adding texture elements to create a realistic feel in the posters has really been a hit with them. I create different paper looks and textures for sections to give it a "together but apart" feel in the poster and it just works like a charm to separate lots of info.

I also use this to create realistic textures for my digital art to see how it would perform when printed. The texture packs together with the brush packs is the best investment you can make. I have them for both my Illustrator and Procreate apps. It sets apart my art for my small business and let's me quickly render designs that look good and perform fantastically. My favorite of all time is the Deep Cuts Engraving Brushes, it's the one I always love to use to create textures, together with the The Dead Pen and the Gouache Shader Brushes you can really go to town in your Procreate or Illustrator.

I love the retro look and feel of the paper textures included in this pack. Adding it to my lettering art has made it really stand out, instead of just looking dull and flat. The dimension that the paper looks add is really fantastic.

Sometimes you need something to bring out the best in a project and this is a great tool to have in your Procreate arsenal, especially being a lettering artist, because it allows for me to showcase how my writing would look on real surfaces.

It’s also so nostalgic when you can slap your artwork onto “cardboard” and make it look like the cereal boxes from your childhood or the old chipboard notebooks you used to doodle on in grade school.

Highly recommend this product to lettering artists in particular. It’s so fun to play with.
