How will I receive my purchase after I order?

There are 3 ways you can download your product.

1. On the confirmation page. We include a download link on the confirmation page after your purchase has been processed.

2. Via email. Your order will immediately be sent to your email via our fulfillment provider SendOwl. If you can't find your purchase try checking your promotions or spam folder.

3. In your customer account. You can always access your purchases in your customer account. Login to your customer account and click the order number,. You will find a download link below the product title.

CAN I INSTALL MY PRODUCT ON MULTIPLE COMPUTERS FOR USE BY OTHER USERS?

Each purchase is good for one computer and one user. If you need more just contact us. We'll hook you up with a fantastic deal. Our goal is to provide you with great products, not empty your bank account.

What software is compatible with your products?

You can find compatibility information on every product page. Compatibility information is located in the grey box just below the Add to Cart button.

But don't forget – if you buy a product and it doesn't work (or you just don't like it) you can always get a full refund. So there's zero risk.

Can I use your products on commercial projects?

Absolutely. You're welcome to use your RetroSupply products on commercial projects, personal projects, merchandise, or for teaching. The only thing you can't do is resell or share our files. Read more about the RetroSupply License here.

If you would like to use one of our fonts for a commercial project, you will need to buy an extended license. Just contact us for pricing.

CAN I GET AN OFFICIAL INVOICE/RECEIPT FOR MY TAXES?

After you make a purchase, you will receive a receipt via email.

Note to EU customers: You are not required to put your VAT on invoices from non-EU suppliers. 

I AM EXPERIENCING SLOW PERFORMANCE WITH SOME OF MY ILLUSTRATOR BRUSHES? WHY?

The hardware you use affects the speed of Illustrator.

The speed of your computer's Central Processing Unit (CPU) affects the speed of Illustrator. Thus, we recommend you consider using a computer with a faster processor.

Furthermore, Illustrator is fastest when it can operate with sufficient RAM. We recommend using our Illustrator brushes with 16gb+ RAM.

I'm not sure if a product is right for me but I need it ASAP for something I'm working on. What should I do?

Buy it! Try it out and if it doesn't work just email us within 60 days (excluding bundles, webinars, and third-party products.) We'll send you a prompt refund. No questions asked. No awkward conversations.

Do I need to be a Photoshop/Illustrator genius to use your products?

Absolutely not. We make our products to be as powerful but easy to use as possible. So just about anyone can install the products and use them. Our products won't make you a better designer though.

What if I don't do retro work – doesn't that mean that this site isn't for me?

Nope. RetroSupply is for all designers and illustrators who want to bring a human touch to their work. You'll see products made by designers who respect the history of design – but that doesn't mean they just do retro.
